Child / Infant Development
Going through each one of the processes of sleep labs, breastfeeding, schedules, etc., is part of your child’s development. Ensuring that an infant child is exposed to the routine at an early age is key to the development of eating and sleeping on a schedule. As the child gets older, their development relies on their daily activities such as reading to them, playing with them, enjoying outside time, and constant communication. This will allow positive and quick development.

Sleep Lab
Introducing your newborn child to sleep conditioning and sleep training is key to a consistent and healthy sleeping schedule at an early age. Sleep conditioning typically revolves around an ideal sleep environment to create healthy sleep habits. Usually, sleep shaping (also known as, sleep conditioning) starts as soon as 1 month post-birth. Sleep Training involves various sleeping techniques to find what suits each child best to adjust a child’s sleep behavior. Usually, sleep training starts at 4 months.
